(1) Feeding slip: the feeding belt is the conveying device that transports the metal processing workpiece to the precision leveler at a uniform speed. If the device slips, it may lead to uneven stress on the metal processing workpiece. The reason is probably that the pressure of the pressing spring is not enough, so we can properly press the pressing spring under the feeding belt.
(2) Improper feeding time: generally, the feeding time is too early or too late. We know that the feeding time is actually controlled by the time relay device of the precision leveler, so we need to eliminate the time error by adjusting the induction time interval of the time relay.
(3) Unable to sense: when the machining tool of the precision leveler cannot sense the metal workpiece, it is likely due to the poor contact of the sensing line or the failure of the time relay. Therefore, it is necessary to carefully check the internal circuit connection and the failure of the time relay.
(4) Unstable feeding: when transporting metal processing workpieces, it will lean to the left and to the right. This kind of unstable feeding is probably due to the uneven position of the roller under the feeding belt and the height error. Properly adjust the roller position of the precision leveler, and then carry out the test run.
